In August 2022, EJE LAW Welcomed Mr. Yong Hwan Noh as Senior Advisor

Mr. Yong Hwan Noh served for 20 years at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), where he was responsible for conducting investigations and formulating policy in various areas, including abuse of market dominance, cartels, franchise and distribution, and subcontracting practices.

At EJE LAW, Mr. Yong Hwan Noh is expected to provide advisory services related to competition law investigations, compliance, and risk prevention, drawing on his extensive knowledge and experience across a wide range of fair trade matters.
