EJE LAW welcomed Mr. Soon Hoo Hong as a Senior Advisor in June 2024.

Mr. Soon Hoo Hong brings with him 34 years of distinguished service at the Public Procurement Service (PPS), during which he held key positions across various departments, including Domestic Procurement, Foreign Procurement, Raw Materials, and Planning. He also served as Director of Research and Analysis, President of the PPS Education Center, and Full-time Professor, etc. Drawing on his extensive experience in the public procurement sector, Mr. Hong has played a leading role in managing significant cases and spearheading institutional reforms

With the appointment of Mr. Soon Hoo Hong, EJE LAW has completed the formation of its Public Procurement Team. In addition, Mr. Hong has been appointed as the Director of the newly established Public Procurement Research Institute, an affiliated research body of EJE LAW. Through these developments, EJE LAW is now fully equipped not only to provide comprehensive legal services in the field of public procurement, but also to conduct in-depth research on public procurement systems and policies.
