EJE LAW welcomed Attorney Yoo Young Oh in March 2024.

Attorney Yoo Young Oh brings with her approximately 11 years of experience in the public sector, having served as Legal Counsel in the Regulatory Reform and Legal Affairs Division of the Public Procurement Service (PPS), Head of the Legal Support Team in the Legal Affairs Office of the Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Deputy Director in the Commercial Affairs Division of the Ministry of Justice. She has provided extensive legal advisory and litigation services across various public entities, and has been actively involved in the formulation and improvement of laws, policies, and systems. At the Public Procurement Service, she handled legal advisory work and represented the government in litigations related to public procurement contracts and bidding procedures. At the Seoul Metropolitan Government, she led legal advisory services on major municipal initiatives and operations, including contractual and regulatory issues, and various administrative sanctions, etc.

At EJE LAW, Attorney Yoo Young Oh is expected to leverage her extensive 11 years of experience in the public sector to provide highly specialized legal services in the areas of public procurement, as well as state litigation and administrative litigation.
