EJE LAW welcomed Ms. Hye Young Min as a Senior Advisor in February 2024.

Ms. Hye Young Min served for about 20 years at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), where she held numerous key positions including Director of Economic Analysis and Policy Coordination, Director of Terms Review, Director of Hearings Coordination, Director of Disclosure Review, Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, Director of Franchise Transactions, Director of Business Group Policy, Director of Business Group Supervision, and Director of Consumer Policy Planning. Throughout her tenure, she was deeply involved in the development of fair trade policies and the handling of major competition law cases.
