Profile

Mr. Kuk Hyun Kwon is a managing partner in EJE Law. Mr. Kwon is a nationally recognized partner in Antitrust & Competition practice. He has extensive experience representing multinational companies and listed Korean companies in connection with antitrust and competition issues.

For 20 years, Mr. Kwon has litigated and tried antitrust cases and other complex litigation matters. Mr. Kwon’s practice runs the gamut from representing clients in the Korean Fair Trade Commission investigation into anticompetitive conduct to defending clients in antirust litigations. Mr. Kwon finds solutions and provides solid advice to his clients, and is able to work the discussion in a way that leads to resolution.

In 2016, Mr. Kwon was recognized as one of the highly recommended lawyers by the Legal Times for fair trade.

Prior to practice at EJE Law, Mr. Kwon spent fourteen (14) years at Kim & Chang and provided legal services on Antitrust and Competition matters, real property, construction, corporate finance and M&A.
