Profile

Mr. Kwan Ha Kim is a managing partner at EJE Law. His extensive experience covers the Labor and Employment law support of corporate transactions such mergers and demergers and issues relating to restructuring. Many clients with Mr. Kim’s support have achieved the settlement of conflicting interests and developed workable social plans when negotiating restructurings and reductions in force with their employees.

Mr. Kim advises clients in relation to employment contracts, remuneration schemes, secondment and employment policies. Clients benefit from his skills and knowledge in relation to the negotiation of collective agreements, the setting up of employee representative bodies, the closing down of worksites, collective redundancies, outsourcing and transfers of business.

In 2016, Mr. Kim was recognized as one of the highly recommended lawyers by the Legal Times for employment and labor. He currently serves as a commissioner at Seoul Regional Labor Relations Commission.

Prior to practice at EJE Law, Mr. Kim spent twelve (12) years at Kim & Chang and provided legal services on all labor and employment issues.
