EJE LAW welcomed Mr. Sang Min Song as a Senior Advisor in January 2024.

Mr. Sang Min Song served for about 30 years at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), where he held a number of senior positions, including Director of Hearings Coordination, Director of Cartel Policy, Director of the Seoul Regional Office, Director General of Market Surveillance, Director General of Consumer Policy, and Director General of Mergers and Acquisitions Review. Throughout his distinguished career, he was extensively involved in both the development of competition policy and the handling of major enforcement actions.
