Profile

Mr. Hyeon Ho Kim is a partner in EJE Law. Mr. Kim has been engaged in a wide range of work in the fields of IT, telecommunications, and personal information law, focusing on M&A, application for licensing, and response to investigations by regulatory agencies.

Prior to practice at EJE Law, Mr. Kim spent seven years at Kim & Chang as a member of TMT group and provided legal services on regulation of broadcasting, telecommunication, ride share, on-line service and Fintech. He has worked as the head of the legal affairs team and the head of the policy cooperation team at KT, one of the largest telecommunications companies in Korea. In addition, Mr. Kim has experience working as an in-house attorney at Reconstruction Finance Corporation(which is established in 1999 for the purpose of recovering public funds by the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation).

Mr. Kim received my Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from Seoul National University in 1993, and entered the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2002 and obtained the Korean bar qualification in 2004.
